Check-In Information:

Check-in time is generally 2 p.m. We do our best to accommodate requests, but during peak periods, we may not be able to.

Check-in details, including property access instructions, will be sent prior to your arrival. Please ensure your contact details are up to date and refer to your booking messages for property-specific information.

Each property is different, so please read your arrival information carefully before travelling.

 

Check-Out Information:

Standard check-out is 10:00 am, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Before leaving, we kindly ask guests to:

Wash and put away dishes

Place rubbish in the outside bins

Turn off lights, air-conditioning and appliances

Close and lock all windows and doors

Return keys/remotes as instructed

Leave used towels in the bathroom or laundry area

 

Digital Guide Books:

Most of our holiday properties include a digital guest guidebook that contains helpful information about the home, Wi-Fi, appliances, rubbish collection, local tips, house rules, and emergency contacts.

We recommend reading the guidebook before arrival to familiarise yourself with the property.

 

Guest Communication:

If you need assistance during your stay, please contact us through your booking platform messages where possible, as this allows our team to keep communication in one place and respond appropriately.

For urgent matters, please call our office directly.

 

Maintenance During a Stay:

If something is not working properly during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist you. Photos are helpful where possible, especially for maintenance, damage or cleaning concerns.

We'll do our best to resolve issues promptly; some repairs may depend on contractor availability.

 

Linen and Towels:

Towels and linen are provided at most of our holiday properties unless stated otherwise in your booking information. Please refer to your listing or guest guidebook for property-specific details.

Please do not use bath towels at the beach. If beach towels are provided, this will be noted in the property information.

 

House Rules:

To help protect the property and ensure a comfortable stay for guests and neighbours, all guests are required to follow the house rules listed in their booking and guest guidebook.

This may include quiet hours, guest limits, parking instructions, pet rules, smoking restrictions and rubbish collection requirements.

 

Pets:

Some of our properties are pet-friendly, while others do not allow pets. Please check the individual listing before booking.

If you are staying at a pet-friendly property, pets must be approved as part of the booking, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them.

 

Rubbish and Bins:

Please place rubbish in the outside bins before departure. Bin collection days vary by property and will be listed in the guest guidebook, where available.

Excess rubbish, incorrect bin use or rubbish left inside the property may result in additional charges.
